it's SUNDAY, SUNDAY SUNDAY!!!, June 13th, 2010;
Final Eliminations of the 2010 NHRA Supernationals at
Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ. We
arrived early before most of the crowd. This gave us a
chance to see some of the happenings prior to 11:00 am
1st Round.

love these shots. I was under the tower before the pre-race
ceremonies when I looked over and saw NHRA's Chief
Starter Rick Stewart enjoying a quiet moment. I
apologized for interrupting and asked if he would mind a
photo. He was so polite and friendly, and even gave me a
thumb's up. This is the only time he'll sit down all day.
He's tireless.
