Atco, NJ - A few photos from Atco Dragway on Saturday, April 14, 2018. This was the track's opening day of ET bracket racing points competition in Street, Pro ET (the class that I entered) and Super Pro. Because I was there to race, I could only get a handful of shots of the earlier classes that day, including Top Sportsman, Pro Dial Dash, 8.50 Index, 10.0 Index and 11.50 Index. If you were in one of those classes then perhaps I was able to capture a shot of you.
There were some heavy hitters in Top Sportsman on the property, including Ron Riegel in his '68 Camaro.
One of my favorite Top Sportsman cars is the 1963 split-window Corvette of Long Island's Michael Cerro.
Cerro goes on to win today's Top Sportsman eliminator.
